In 1989 I did a fall semester at VA Tech, and I went to ODU in the 90s. One time off campus ODU I heard bullets buzz over my head. There were multiple guns going off the next street over. I sprinted. They toted guns over there, no doubt. Somebody somewhere had full auto, you'd hear it somewhere at night, you could tell it wasn't like normal single shots. I have seen virginia subreddits where they shit all over Norfolk, Portsmouth, Newport News, Hampton. Virginia really owes its existence to these cities though. This is where the history is: the shipbuilding, the navy, cargo shipping.
